Buying Our Homes
Step 1
Make an appointment with our Consultants where they will present the entire legal documentation to you. At this stage they will ask for a $1,000 fully
refundable holding deposit which will be held in a separate account. We encourage you to seek advice from your solicitor regarding the contracts.
Step 2
Upon signing the contracts with St Ann’s Living, the contracts will only become unconditional after your home is sold. At this stage you can select your
home design with one of our consultants who will guide you through our range of designs, internal and external finishes.
Step 3
Once your home has been sold unconditionally and the settlement date advised, two things will happen. Firstly, construction of the manufactured home commences and secondly, we will ask for the balance of the deposit to proceed, as per your contract.
Step 4
Construction completed and home delivered. Move in, relax and enjoy your new lifestyle with family and friends in your secure home at St Ann’s Living.
